The Moving Hole by Timco Magic.

A playing card with a one inch hole in it is displayed. The card is shown front and back
and a finger is placed into the hole and the card is twirled around to show that the hole
is actually there. The card is then held sideways with the face side towards the
audience. With a swift pass of the hand over the card, the hole mysteriously moves to
the opposite end of the card. Both sides of the card are shown once again and a finger
is placed into the hole and the card is twirled around. The finger is then removed and
the playing card is placed in to the performers pocket.

This is not made with Bicycle cards. They are Mavrick cards.
